OnApril 20, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following an ongoing investigation. Due to the sensitive nature of the case limited details are being released however police say 74 year old David Mike Aguirre was arrested and charged with traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act.
